The Bike Hub owners have lived in Jersey City for more than a decade, the majority of that time within blocks of the Bike Hub. Buzz and his wife bring their love of cycling and community to the work. Their passion is to make riding accessible to everyone and support every rider’s interests and needs in cycling. They have three young children and are attuned to the needs of families and children. When not at the shop, they love playing in nearby Lincoln Park. 

The Bike Hub staff is deeply passionate and knowledgeable about cycling and is available to help new and experienced riders create the best riding experience. Whether for purchases, repairs or group rides, they all believe in creating a big, inclusive tent where all kinds of riders can feel comfortable and together keep building a diverse and vibrant cycling community. 

Within days of opening, Buzz started creating opportunities for local cyclists to meet up, as a major motivation in opening a bike shop was to build a welcoming biking community where cyclists could provide each other support and camaraderie. Whether for a couple of laps around Lincoln Park or for a couple of hours of trail riding at a local state park, the Bike Hub is creating spaces space for connections.
